How WiseBled collects, uses and protects your personal data (GDPR).

1. Data controller

The data controller for the WiseBled service is dylanecodeur, contact: contact@dylanecodeur.com.

2. Data collected

We may process the following categories:

  • Identification: name, email, phone, company;
  • Account: credentials, login logs, preferences;
  • Business: products, sales, inventory, invoices entered in the ERP;
  • Support: messages sent via the contact form or chat;
  • Newsletter: email address if you subscribe to our communications;
  • Technical: IP address, logs, cookies (see section 8).

3. Purposes and legal bases

  • Providing the WiseBled service (contract performance);
  • Billing and subscription management (legal obligation / contract);
  • Customer support and account security (legitimate interest);
  • Product improvement and aggregated statistics (legitimate interest, cookies subject to consent);
  • Marketing with your consent (newsletter).

4. Retention period

Active account data is kept for the subscription period then archived according to legal obligations. Billing data may be kept for up to 10 years. Technical logs are time-limited (generally 12 months).

5. Recipients and processors

Data may be accessible to our support team and technical processors (hosting, email, SingPay Mobile Money payments) strictly necessary for the service, bound by confidentiality obligations.

6. Transfers outside the EU

If transfers outside the European Economic Area are necessary, they are governed by appropriate safeguards (standard contractual clauses or adequacy decision).

7. Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • Access, rectification, erasure;
  • Restriction and objection to processing;
  • Portability of data you provided;
  • Withdrawal of consent (newsletter, non-essential cookies);
  • Complaint to the competent data protection authority.

8. Cookies

Essential cookies: session, security, preferences. Analytics cookies: only with your consent via the banner. Refuse or accept non-essential cookies at any time by clearing the choice stored in your browser (local key « wisebled_cookie_consent »).

We implement technical and organizational measures: HTTPS, access control, backups, logging. See also the Security & data page.

10. Minors

The WiseBled service is intended for professionals. It is not intended for persons under 18.
