Terms of use

Terms applicable to the use of wisebled.com and the WiseBled SaaS service.

1. Purpose

These Terms of Use govern access to and use of the WiseBled service, an online ERP and point-of-sale (POS) platform published by dylanecodeur.

2. Acceptance

By creating an account or using WiseBled, you unreservedly accept these Terms and the privacy policy. If you do not accept these terms, you must not use the service.

3. Service description

WiseBled notably provides:

  • POS checkout, inventory, customers and invoicing;
  • Web dashboard and synchronized mobile app;
  • Subscription plans (free trial, Starter, Business, Enterprise);
  • Email support and, depending on the plan, priority assistance.

4. User account

You agree to provide accurate information when registering and to keep your credentials confidential. Any activity from your account is deemed to be performed by you or your authorized users.

5. Free trial and subscriptions

The 14-day free trial is offered without a credit card, within the limits shown on the Pricing page. After the trial, a paid subscription is required to continue using write features. Pricing, billing cycles and payment methods (card, bank transfer, Mobile Money) are specified at checkout.

6. Customer obligations

  • Use WiseBled in compliance with applicable laws and good business practices;
  • Not attempt to access other customers' data or disrupt the service;
  • Ensure the legality of imported data (customers, products, invoices);
  • Keep your own critical backups if your business requires it.

7. Availability and maintenance

We aim for high service availability. Maintenance operations may cause temporary interruptions, announced when possible. Offline mode allows certain operations to continue during local network outages.

8. Intellectual property

WiseBled, its code, interface and documentation remain the property of the publisher. You retain ownership of your business data (sales, inventory, customers). You grant us a limited license to host and process this data to provide the service.

9. Liability

WiseBled is a management assistance tool. You remain responsible for your business, tax and accounting decisions. Our liability is limited to amounts paid over the last twelve months of subscription, except in cases of gross negligence or mandatory legal provisions.

10. Termination

You may cancel your subscription according to the terms in your « My subscription » area. We may suspend an account in case of Terms violation or non-payment, after notification when possible.

11. Changes

These Terms may be updated. The last revision date is shown at the top of the page. Continued use of the service after publication constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
